A lawsuit was recently filed in Mobile County naming Morgan & Morgan
The complaint alleges that the firm’s Mobile office was staffed by an attorney who lacked sufficient experience for a negligent security matter and that the client’s case was subsequently dismissed. The complaint further alleges the client was told the dismissal was due to the judge’s view of the case and that she was pressured to sign a release.
